You can make your donation in so many ways. Whether you would like to make a one-off donation or give regularly all your donations are vital to ensure we continue to provide the excellent facilities and life experiences we are so proud of here at Seashell Trust.
You choose the amount you wish to give and how often you wish to give it – once, monthly, quarterly or annually. Here are some of the ways you can make a donation to Seashell Trust:
You can make a single or regular donation through VirginMoneyGiving. It is 100% secure and you can Gift Aid your donation. With VirginMoneyGiving you can also create your own sponsorship pages for any events you are organising or taking part in, the great thing about this is you can email the link to all your friends, family and colleagues to encourage support!
You can send your donation to us by post making cheques/postal orders payable to Seashell Trust, and posting it to Seashell Trust, and posting it to the Fundraising Department, The Seashell Trust, Stanley Road, Cheadle Hulme, Cheadle, Cheshire, SK8 6RQ.
We can take card payments. Please call the Fundraising Department on 0161 610 0168
Regular donations help us to plan with greater confidence for the future of Seashell Trust. Here is an idea of how your regular donations can help: £5 a month for a year pays for regular activities for a student who lives with us 52 weeks a year; £10 a month over a year would pay for regular physiotherapy for a student who may have particular mobility difficulties requiring intensive support.
We are constantly improving and adapting our facilities and equipment. We have a never-ending 'wish list' of projects, which are suitable for sponsorship by individuals, organisations and companies. There are a range of deserving projects small and large, short-term and long-term; specialist equipment such as hoists and adapted bikes for wheelchair users, equipping a sensory room for our multi-sensory impaired students or for a mini-bus to enable students to access the wider community.
To sponsor a piece of equipment, please call the Fundraising Department on 0161 610 0170.
Payroll Giving means making a regular donation to Seashell Trust directly from your salary. You can donate either weekly or monthly. Every £1 you donate costs you just 78p because the donation is made before tax is deducted. You can stop or change your donation when you like, just tell your payroll department, giving them one month's notice.
Contact your employer or the fundraising team here at Seashell Trust on 0161 610 0168 for more information.
If it is your birthday, wedding, anniversary or any gift giving event please consider asking your friends and family to make donations to Seashell Trust in lieu of presents. There are a number of ways of making a Giving Gift: Online donation, personalised website, create your own sponsorship page through VirginMoneyGiving, include our charity contact details in your invitations or order of service to allow people to contact us directly and we will let you know how much was raised, or by cheque.
Please make it payable to Seashell Trust, Stanley Road, Cheadle Hulme, Cheadle, Cheshire, SK8 6RQ.
If you are looking after the funeral arrangements for a relative or friend, you might feel it is appropriate to ask friends and relatives to donate to a cause your loved one empathised with. Making a gift in memory to Seashell Trust means you can celebrate your loved one's life by giving a young person here the very best opportunities to develop to their full potential.

Whichever way you choose to support us...thank you!
Watch the pennies and the pounds will watch themselves.
This old adage is extremely relevant when it comes to a simple way of fundraising. It’s surprising how all the loose change you find lying around adds up... and if it’s lying around doing nothing it might just as well be put to good use! So why not collect your spare coins in one of our home collection boxes? All you need to do is order your Home Collection Box from the fundraising team here at the Seashell Trust on 0161 610 0170 or email@example.com, empty it when it's full, and send us a cheque for the amount collected. We will write back to acknowledge your donation and send you a new box. Please make cheques payable to the Seashell Trust and send them to Fundraising Department, Seashell Trust, Stanley Road, Cheadle Hulme, Cheshire, SK8 6RQ
Your change can change lives!
